    If I come down to NYC, will there be any other DABITs there I can get some pointers from; and more important, can I meet a banker there?

    Miami is nice, but I do miss those sample sales. There is no place like NoooYaaaawk for shopping.

    There are SOOOOOOO many bankers in NYC, what a challenge it is to find a good one. Call me picky, but I only want a real trader. They are the real guys. I get lots of guys come and tell me they are traders, but I know they are not. The real traders don’t have to brag. They wear it on their embroidered sleeves. Also, you can tell a winner by whether he has a Rolex oyster watch. The good ones have them. Otherwise they wear something else. I will ONLY date traders who are making over $800K. They can afford to treat me in style.

    You know it’s a depression when party invites say “60% OFF”.

    That’s not enough any more. We want to see “FORECLOSURE”.
